Four Attorneys Named Partner
Shannon D. Coleman graduated summa cum laude from Lincoln Memorial University in 1996 and later attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where she received her J.D. in 1999. Her primary areas of practice include mergers, acquisitions and business transactions, business planning, health care law and real estate transactions.
Kate E. Tucker graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee in 1997. She earned her J.D. from William and Mary College of Law in 2001. Tucker's practice areas include business immigration and employment law.
Betsy J. Beck received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in 2000 and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2003. Her practice focuses on employment law and other civil litigation.
William J. Carver received his B.A., magna cum laude, in sports management from the University of Tennessee. He completed his juris doctorate degree at the University of Tennessee in 2003. Carver represents individual and corporate clients in various litigation matters including construction law, breach of contract, employment law, debt collections, products liability, personal injury matters and bankruptcy.
